How much does the service cost?

Payments are taken automatically every 365 days until cancelled. If you don't wish to renew your Membership after 12 months, please let us know at least 7 Days before your annual renewal date.

How do you track the time?

We use Zoho Desk Time Tracking System for task management, and we rely on the time counter feature to track the time spent on each task accurately. This helps us to stay organised and ensures that we can provide accurate time estimates for our AMZ Advice Centre Clients.

I'm an existing Business, is this for me?

How much do I need to invest for a Private Label Amazon Business?

It's a really difficult question for us to answer at this stage, as it of course depends on the products you source, the suppliers you work with etc. but typically for a private label business (sourcing products from Manufacturers, having them branded as your own & sent to Amazon Fulfilment Centres) we would suggest around £3k would be required.  This could of course be more or less depending on products, suppliers, decisions made and circumstances. 

What if I want extra support?

The £247+VAT monthly fee entitles each member Company to a combined total of 10 separate contact requests to your AMZ Account Manager per month or a Maximum of 120mins Selling on Amazon Advice.  Should this number be exceeded in any one month, at the discretion of The Advice Centre Ltd, you will be offered an upgrade to the 2nd Tier of AMZ Advice Service (Premium Membership) for which the fee is £500+VAT per month which entitles each member company to 20 separate contact requests or 240mins Advice from the AMZ Advice Centre per month. 


Pay Yearly (15% Discount)

To Join The AMZ Advice Centre it costs £2500+VAT a year which represents a discount of just over 15%. The annual fee entitles each member Company to a combined total of 10 separate contact requests to your Account Manager per month or a Maximum of 120mins Selling on Amazon Advice.  Should this number be exceeded in any one month, at the discretion of The Advice Centre Ltd, you will be offered an upgrade to the 2nd Tier of Advice Service (Premium Membership) for which the fee is £5000+VAT per year which entitles each member company to 20 separate contact requests or 240mins Advice from the AMZ Advice Centre per month. 

What is FBA?

FBA stands for Fulfilment By Amazon. It's a Fulfilment service Amazon offers to do all of the picking, packing and shipping on your behalf. So, you ship your products in bulk into Amazon and they do the shipping for you!

How much can I make from selling on Amazon?

We have clients generating a few thousand pounds a month in sales, we have clients generating £350k a month and more in some cases! Do you sell on Amazon?

Alex Shelton started selling on Amazon several years ago! With a background in Digital Marketing he then decided to 'partner up' with Manufacturers & Distributors selling all types of products from Coffee Beans to Golf Products to Personalised Giftware, Alex has been involved in selling in hundreds of different categories!


Over the last 7 years or so, Alex has been running Amazon Training & Consultancy Programmes for SMEs across the UK, Global Brands in Europe and the USA-as well as Training aspiring Entrepreneurs through his AMZ Business Academy!  He founded the AMZ Advice Centre to provide professional selling on Amazon Advice to anyone looking to start an Amazon Business from scratch or existing Businesses looking to grow their sales, at an affordable price!

What's Seller Central?

Seller Central the Amazon platform that is open to anyone (individual or Business) to sell products on the Amazon Marketplace. We do our best to provide Professional Amazon Advice (tailored around your products) on all areas of the Seller Central Account.

We're on Vendor Central, can you help us?

These days we primarily concentrate on the Amazon Seller Central platform, as we have day to day experience with Seller Central. We do though have plenty of experience with the Vendor Central platform and help Businesses to grow their sales through Advertising/Marketing Strategies and we can of course provide specific Advice where required!

How long do I have access to the AMZ Business Academy Online Amazon Training?

You will have full monthly access to the AMZ Business Academy (On-Demand Amazon Training) unless you choose to cancel your AMZ Advice Centre Membership at which point you will also lose access to the On-Demand Training Videos.  If you sign up for the Yearly Membership, you will have access to the On-Demand Amazon Training for 365 Days.

Do you help with Dropshipping?

No, in all honesty, when it comes to selling on Dropshipping and Amazon Seller Polices, we tend to stay clear of supporting Businesses with Dropshipping. We find this method of selling to cause lots of issues for Sellers, often with little reward. 


If you are completely new to selling on Amazon and looking to start your own Amazon Business, we would usually suggest the Private Label model, this means sourcing products, having them branded as your own and then selling these products via Amazon Seller Central.  Depending on the products, Amazon can do all of the packing and shipping for you via FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) - we find this to be a much more lucrative way of selling!

Is Selling on Amazon worth it?

Yes, selling on Amazon is definitely worth it if you have the right products and know what you're doing!  There's no doubt Amazon is a competitive marketplace. It takes a decent amount of time and money to start. An Amazon FBA business requires learning and hard work but here at the AMZ Advice Centre, our aim to make the process as painless as possible for you!

What's the catch?

No catch at all. We recognise that many Businesses cannot afford to have access to full time professional Amazon Staff but still need help to grow their Amazon sales like anyone else, the AMZ Advice Centre is an affordable option!

Yes, of course! We have our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement we can send to you upon sign-up... just ask our Support Team to send this over.
How much support do I get?

Once signed up, you are entitled to 10 Separate Support Requests or a total of 120mins a month of Selling on Amazon Advice via email/WhatsApp/Live Chat & Support Tickets. Please read our Terms of Service agreement here.

Is there a contract?

Technically no but this is a one-off annual charge which gives a 15% discount on the service and access to use the service for 12 months! Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 12 months, however, if you wish to cancel, we require 7 working days cancellation notice before your annual renewal date. When signing up, you must also agree to our AMZ Advice Centre Terms of Service & The Advice Centre Ltd: Terms & Conditions.

Can I book a Face to Face Amazon Training Day?

What guarantees do you offer?

We don't offer any formal guarantees but we will always do our very best to provide our clients with the best possible Selling on Amazon Advice which is relevant to their specific queries.  There is no contract with the 'pay monthly' service so you can cancel at anytime (7 working days cancellation notice) if you feel the AMZ Advice Centre isn't right for you.

How do I cancel the service?

If you do choose to cancel, we require 7 working days notice before the date of your next monthly payment! 

So for example, if you sign up on the 15th of the month, we would need you to let us know on or before the 8th of the month!

*Please note that the monthly charge applies regardless of whether you use the service or not during the monthly period. There are no refunds for any time not used.

AMZ Advice Centre Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue Our Services to You and terminate this Agreement with immediate effect, as We see fit and in circumstances including, but not limited to;

Where We have good reason to believe that You are in breach or have breached any of the terms of this Agreement and have not remedied such breach within 7 days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or

You become insolvent, cease to, or threaten to cease to trade or go into liquidation, or we reasonably apprehend that You may be about to.

The Advice Centre Ltd/AMZ Advice Centre also reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time with immediate effect if We feel that the Centre is being abused or being used excessively beyond Our reasonable expectations.

The Agreement requires You to identify one main contact at your company to access the AMZ Advice Centre.

The Centre cannot be used by or on behalf of other related or unrelated businesses or individuals other than the company’s main Contact which signs up for the service. This form of abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the agreement.
